Teenage Engineering 002.AS.001 OP-1 Mini Synthesizer Pack
The OP-1 synth / drum machine (it can also be used as portable DAW for making music on the go) comes loaded with great kits, and you can sample more by using the mic, the line input, the built-in radio, or even the device itself.
The instrument sounds are of the highest quality. Its also easy to connect to the computer, where you can just drag and drop any .aif file straight on to the OP-1. It also comes with a bonus, basic tape machine.
“We have had to face other costs than the actual components’ costs of course. The currency conversion, inflation, sourcing of the new component, re-coding the display, re-designing the mounting, new tools etc. are just a few of the “why”. When Teenage Engineering faced the reality of the OP-1’s future, there were only 2 choices: kill or save. We decided to save it. I understand that the new price is a disappointment to many of our fans. But I do hope some are happy that we did not kill it,” Teenage Engineering via Synthanatomy.
