  1. The Kennedy Pupil Violin Outfit is perfect for beginners, and its value for money considering the price of the whole thing (including a bow, violin, hard case, and rosin). Please note the bow is pre-rosined, so make sure you don’t accidentally over-rosin the bow when you get it (thinking that it needs it). The sound quality of the violin is excellent, compared to violins of equal or lesser price.

Few things that you should know about this violin:

    – The violin works fine, no problems at all, have been using it for a month now.
    – Some tuning was required when I first received it (which is to be expected) so make sure that you have somebody who can tune a violin, or that you’ve got a tuner at home (you can order one).
    – The positioning of the bow holder clips inside of the case may be off slightly.
    – Minor cosmetic things are nothing to get worried about.
